<description>In the Asian century, the book titled: Fixing the Game by Prof. Dean Roger L. Martin highlights a well known problem on the comparative advantages and disadvantages, demonstrated by the conscious and unconscious minds superposition during the strategy search process by global leaders. In my opinion, in the age of turbulence, when the vortex of economic crisis spreads globally, Prof. Dean Roger L. Martin explains how the integrative co-lateral thinking can help the global leaders to create the strategic choice architecture, select the wise strategy and make the optimal decisions on the strategy implementation towards the financial stability, wealth accumulation and social prosperity.
